The importance of a sound mind and body cannot be understated. If students can stay active and fit, they will be in a better position to lead the world and solve complicated problems. Yet most importantly lead themselves , the most important business and product that they will ever have access to. Our Health , wellness and fitness programs, and activities not only instill in them a spirit of fellowship but also emphasize how crucial it is to stay fit mentally and physically, the importance of maintaining their mental and emotional health yet how to face challenges. Apart from offering them the systemic guides of eating, we also encourage them to participate in sports and extracurricular activities so that they can learn how to work in a team. From exercise and meals, breathing and mindfulness, to sleeping patterns, our health and wellness courses cover the importance of a sound mind, body, soul.
